Each Smith Teamaker carton includes specific brewing instructions for water temperature and steep time tailored to that specific blend to ensure the perfect cup.

Are your tea sachets compostable?

Yes, our signature oversized sachets are made from a plant-based material that is fully biodegradable and commercially compostable.

When will my order ship?

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery.

Do you offer international shipping?

We currently ship to select international destinations. Shipping costs and delivery timelines are calculated at checkout based on your location.

What is your return policy for tea products?

Due to the perishable nature of tea, we cannot accept returns on opened products. If there is an issue with your order, please contact our team within 30 days for a resolution.
